Todzi Boreal Caribou painting by Robyn Scott

Tǫdzı

from CA$60.00

Tǫdzı translates to “Boreal Caribou” from Tłı̨chǫ Yatıì, the language of the Tłı̨chǫ First Nations in the Northwest Territories.

This acrylic painting, measuring 24x30 on canvas, beautifully depicts a majestic caribou standing on a hill, with the tundra landscape stretching behind it.

The caribou's antlers gleam, catching the light and commanding attention. Each brushstroke conveys the intricate details of the caribou's fur, showcasing its strength and grace. Against the backdrop of the tundra landscape, with its vast expanse and muted tones, the caribou stands as a symbol of resilience and harmony with nature.

The original oil painting is sold, but both canvas prints and limited edition giclée prints are available.

Canvas prints are 16x20 or 18x24, or 24x30. Framing in dark or light wood is available.

Giclée prints are professionally printed on fine archival paper and matted:

•  8x10 prints are matted to 11x14

•  11x14 prints are matted to 16x20

•  16x20 prints are matted to 18x24
